Product Returns FormPlease first read our 'Our Purchasing and Returns Policy' below. Then complete the returns form on this page. The 'Transaction ID' required below can be found on the confirmation email sent to you immediately after your online purchase. Product Returns Form Our Purchasing and Returns Policy This statement also appears on our 'Website and Shopping Terms and Conditions' page. We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied it may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods returned, providing they are in perfect, unopened condition . This is with the exception of all custom made items, such as bouquets, bows, printed balloons etc, with unless they have been damaged in transit and we are notified on the day of receipt. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the order being placed, after this time and once an item has been dispatched we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you Return items by registered post or recorded delivery and keep a proof of posting. If you need to return an item to us please complete this Returns Form stating whether you require an exchange or refund and enclose it with your parcel.
