Delivery ArragementsThe office will be closed from the 13th May - 2nd June, please allow for this when placing your orders.
Deliveries will be made to the address supplied by the customer. Please ensure that all information given is correct, including postcode and contact number. Your parcel will be sent out on a ‘signed for’ service and can be sent to a home or work address. Helium cylinders require a signature on delivery and on collection. Delivery and collection must be made at the same address. A ‘mis-collection’ cost of £35.00 is incurred if the cylinder is not available for collection on the arranged date. Orders are subject to availability of stock and where possible will be sent out within 7–10 days. Bouquets, printed balloons and custom made items may take longer. We will advise you at the time of placing your order if a longer wait may be expected. We reserve the right to make small substitutions if necessary – for example where products are unavailable – such as one colour ribbon being unavailable for a bouquet, we would substitute another colour matching the colour scheme.
